How To Get A Comic Book Effect

This is the technique I used on the "Comic Book Jesi" series I did a while back.  It's more in depth than the regular comic book tutorials out there, but it gives a much better result.  I assume you have some experience with Photoshop, so I'm not going to tell you how to change a layer's blend modes, or where the filter gallery is.  I used Photoshop CS6 for this, but I've used the technique in CS2.  You should also be able to use this in Photoshop Elements as well.
